What this privacy policy covers
This policy covers how InfoPrise treats personal information that it collects and receives on the www.infoprise.com website, including information related to your past use of our products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

Information collection and use
InfoPrise is the sole owner of the information collected on www.infoprise.com. InfoPrise collects information from our users at several different points on our web site.

Registration
In order to use this web site, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give contact information (such as name and email address) and unique identifiers (such as username and password). We use this information to contact the user as needed and to inform him/her of updates to the software, products and services on the site.

Order
We request information from the user on our order form. A user must provide contact information (such as name, email and address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user.

Use of the site
Like most web sites, we automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including internet protocol (ip) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (isp), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, cookie information, and the page you request. This information is used to customize the screens you see and conduct research to improve our products/services.
