At its core, InfoPrise is an easy-to-use form development, routing and reporting environment that allows you to quickly build electronic versions of your existing paper-based forms. The routing component lets you define multiple structured paths that direct your form from one point to another, enabling you to mimic your current workflow. The reporting features provide metrics, based on form field information and route activity, for establishing performance baselines, measure variability and to continually improve efficiency.

Our Rapid Form Constructor allows you to build forms quickly and efficiently. Users of the form can add or view messages associated with the form, attach or view documents and supporting material relevant to the form, and view a running history of all activity associated with the form. |

Our Visual Route Editor allows you to define the path that your form will follow when a process is initiated. You can build multiple routes to a single form to give the initiator of a process different options when using the form. |

Authorized users can build custom searches and reports, including charts, that present data in any way they require. All data retrieved in reports and searches can be exported to Microsoft Excel via a CSV (comma separated values) file. |
