Step 1 - The Form
Our Rapid Form Constructor allows you to build forms quickly and effciently. When a form is created, it becomes a template for other authorized team members to use. The name given to the form becomes the template's name. The description provided at this time is presented to all users when a process is initated with the form. The form can contain as many fields (attributes) as needed to produce an electronic version of your documents.
When a paticipant in a route views one of their assignments, they are presented with a form that allows them to enter information in the fields. They can also add or view messages associated with the form, attach or view documents and supporting material relevant to the form, and view a runing history of all activity associated with the form.
