Our Visual Route Editor defines the path that your form will follow when a process is initiated. By click an icon, a step is added to the route that will be promoted to the next by unanimous approval by all participant or by approval by a single participant. You can build multiple routes to a single form to give the initiator of a process different options when using the form.



When a paticipant in a route views one of their assignments, they are presented with a choice of rejecting or approving the form and its contents. If the form is approved, it moves on the next step within the context of the route associted with the form. If rejected, the initator is notified and the route is haulted.
