As information is captured during the routing of forms, it is stored for searching and reporting purposes. Authorized users can build custom searches and reports, including charts, that present data in any way they require. All data retrieved in reports and searches can be exported to Microsoft Excel via a CSV (comma separated values) file.



Defined searchs and reports can be saved for later use. Information retrived in searches is based on user permissions. Users can only run reports against form data that they directly collected or data collected under their role membership.
